There was a period of time in ‘09 when Discovery’s album ‘LP’ looped repeatedly on my Ipod and in my head. This group combined the Vocals of Ra Ra Riot’s Wes Miles and the catchy synth talents of Rostam Batmanglij of Vampire Weekend. They came together to create the awesomely ethereal and futuristic sounds of this album.
The Hood Internet ‘mashed’ the hookiness of ‘Osaka Loop Line’ with rhymes by OJ Da Juiceman. Check it out!
